KYC Verification: Prior to large withdrawals, or when requested by Ice Fish, you may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

Ice fish is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

Ice fish is committed to responsible gaming and takes every precaution to protect minors. If an underage account is identified:

• No fees are charged on deposits.

• Hacking & Software: Use of betting software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Another person's account: Accessing or managing another person's account.

Ice fish reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity immediately and to report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.
